He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Otter and Loretta Otter (Wiedenfelar); his son Peter; and his siblings-in-law, Roseanne Otter, Ben Minter and Fred Muedt.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Marcella Otter (Heidi), Melissa Henderson (Scott) and Melinda Otter Giese; his stepchildren, Jackie Kuse (Jim Kasper), Mike Witthuhn (Kim), Scott Witthuhn (Patti) and Brad Witthuhn (Culleen); his grandchildren, Alex, Max, Katarina, Karianna, Kiegan, Kadan, Jana (Ryan), Shaun, Tyler (Niki), Megan, Paul, Taylor and Colby; his great grandchildren, Sophie, Carter, Lillian, Aubrey, Hailey, Tia, Jake, Charlie and Emmeline; his grandchildren, Sophia, Kaitlyn, Cayne, Lauren (TJ), Camille and Brynley; his great great grandchild Ricky; and his siblings, Tom Otter, Mary Minter and Marcie Muedt. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
