With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jean Jansen (Waunakee, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 30, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolland Burke and Lela Burke; her husband Richard Jansen; and her siblings, Cecil, Bob, Dick, Larry Burke, Darlene Richardson, Helen Sanden, Bonnie Salzman, Marjorie Burke and Beverly Aschebrock.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Jansen (Lorelie Lynch), Shelly Washa (Dan) and Nancy Forseth (Tim); her grandchildren, Candice Hameister, Shawn McGowan, Erica Festge (Harrison), Steven Wiener (Morgan), Christina Washa (Vince), Amanda Ramer (Shawn), Jonathon Washa (Amanda), Max Forseth and Madyson Forseth (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Jack, Alex and Emma.

In lieu of flowers donations made to Agrace HospiceCare or The Badger Honor Flight.
