She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Hable and Bernetta Hable (Stoffel); her sister Chris Filo; and her father-in-law LaVerne Acker (Hunch). She is survived by: her husband Garry Acker; her children, Charlie Dvorak (Courtney), Betsy Oksanen (Nick) and Megan Acker; her granddaughters, Sophia Wordinger, Nora Oksanen and Annika Oksanen; her siblings, Martha Pratt (Paul), Susan Cole (Scott), Ben Hable (Laurie), Fred Hable (Renee) and Chuck Hable; her mother-in-law Marilyn Acker; her brothers-in-law, Larry Acker and Randy Acker (Jen Mertes); and her nephew Bill Dvorak. She is also survived by 7 grandnieces and nephews; and the father.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Katie's name may be made to Agrace Hospice or St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
