It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Cleone (Coyle) Carlson of Waunakee, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Coyle and Clara Coyle (Stoppleworth); her husband Stanley G. Carlson; her siblings, Colleen Maier of Glen Ellyn, Ill. and Tom Coyle (Sally) of Lake Forest, Ill.; her children, Chris Carlson (Sherri Smith) of Portage, Carole Carlson of Cottage Grove, Craig Carlson (Stephanie) of Madison and Kim Anderson (Jason) of Mount Horeb; her grandchildren, Lisa Carlson, Ian Mueller Carlson, Canaan Klein (Kayla Wirz), Luke Carlson, Cameron Carlson, Kate Carlson and Eden Anderson; her great grandchildren, Caleb Lawrenz, Aijada Williams, TJ Klein and Ressick Klein; her brother John Coyle (Dolores); her brother-in-law Joseph Maier; and her close friend Dale Budig. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

She was especially proud of her work with RSVP of Dane County and the Foster Grandparent Program with which she was involved until she passed.
