He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Orvin and Thomas Orvin; and his siblings, Gordon (Arlene Hill) and Gwen (David Wimer). He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Smith, Patricia Hill and Peggy Mlsna; his grandchildren, Nicole Campbell, Mark Smith, Brandon Young (Kaley), Shannon Dow (Justyn), Luke Mlsna (Mariana), Chris Mlsna (Monya) and Brian Mlsna (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Lily Sanchez, Jayda Campbell, Makayla, Riley, Morgan, Avery Mlsna, Berkley, Briella Mlsna, Eva and Jaden Dow; and his great great grandchild Ariella Jaimes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
