She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Johnson and Nora Johnson (Hysen); her husband James D. Boullion; her sister Marlys Root (Herb); her daughter Barbara Verdonck (Carl); her grandson Jordan Boullion; and her daughter-in-law Diana Boullion (Fenley).

She is survived by: her children, James A. Boullion (Janie) of Waunakee, WI, Debbie Boullion of Fairchild, WI and Bridgette Krantz (Joe) of Sparta, WI.; her grandchildren, Phillip J. Pulvermacher (Patience) of Columbus, WI, James Boullion (Kat) of Verona, WI, Danielle Carlson (TJ) of Escanaba, MI, Jason McFarlane (Elise) of Waunakee, WI and Megan Smith (Jeff) of Morrisonville, WI.; her great grandchildren, Sage, Jordan, Sophie Pulvermacher, Lilly, Bella Boullion, Liana Carlson, Abby, Anna, Jessica McFarlane and Palmer Smith; her siblings, Roger Johnson (Shirley) of Sussex, WI and Leone Johnson (Helstrom) of Eau Claire, WI; and her son-in-law Carl Verdonck of Lakeland, FL..
