He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Henry Snyder and Elizabeth Ann Glosser; his brother Richard; his half-brother Jody; and his grandson Riley Weaver.

He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Penny; and his daughters, Helen Leggett (Richard), Beverly Snyder, Jamie Miskimen (Carl) and Teresa Weaver (Jim). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, four step-grandsons, 19 great-grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
