He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Koltes and Lillian Koltes (Oncken); his siblings, Mary Schaenzer and Joseph Koltes; and his nephew Steven Schaenzer.
He is survived by: his nieces, Susan Schaenzer, Polly Koltes, Wendy Koltes and Abby Koltes; and his nephew Michael Schaenzer.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (701 S Century Ave, Waunakee, WI 53597). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (4001 Mandrake Rd, Madison, WI 53704).
