It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Acker Jr. of Waunakee, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 17, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Henry Acker Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Acker and Veronica Acker; his wife Dolores Hilgendorf; his grandson Christopher Ripp; and his siblings, Esther, Walter, Paul and Edwin.

He is survived by: his children, Barbara Parrell (Steve), Tom Acker (Mary), Linda Adler (Kent), Sue Ripp (Ken), Mary Schulz (Loran), Judy Weitzel (Jim) and Jenny Acker (David Naumann); his grandchildren, Jeff (Shirley), Angie (Tom), Scott (Shelley), Jason (Jena), Justin (Heather), Jared (Amy), Brandon (Ashley), Brian (Chris), Stephanie (Matt), Caitlin (Derek) and Colton; and his brother Linus. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Agrace Hospice, St. Bernard's Catholic Church, or the charity of your choice.
