It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin F. Maier of Waunakee, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 12, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edwin F. Maier to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maier and Rose Maier (Endres); his wife Louise Kalscheur; his sons, Gary and Terry; his siblings, Norbert (Geri), Harold, Elmer, Jerome, John, Marion Block (Louis), Elizabeth and Rose Ballweg (Valentine); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Kalscheur (Marge) and Frank Pelehach.

He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Allisa Maier-Kleinfeldt of Windsor; his granddaughters, Alexandra Maier (Ben Wright) of Brookfield, WI and Katrina Maier of DeForest; his brother Joseph; his sister-in-law Joan Maier of Madison; and his family, Jean Pelehach of Sandusky, Don Kalscheur (Toni) of Sun Lakes, AZ, Marge Stern (Bill) and Tim Kalscheur (Denise) of Madison. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
