He was predeceased by: his wife Genevieve (Genny); his siblings, Darlene (Neefe), Gene Markley and Homer Frye Jr. (Butch); his stepsister Barbara Frye; and his father Jim (Stu).
He is survived by: his children, Sheri Berg (Ken) of Watertown, Steven Markley (Holly) of Waunakee and Connie Starch (Paul) of Cedarburg; his grandchildren, Sara Capadona (Ryan) of Sun Prairie, Lucas Starch (Suzy) of West Bend, Ben Markley (Jen) of Lodi, Andrew Starch (Brittany) of Oconomowoc, Chelsey Berg of Santiago and Jenny Berg of Oconomowoc; his great grandchildren, Gianna, Cashton Capadona, Jacqueline, Charlotte, Levi Starch, Wyatt, Chase Starch, Lilliana and Briggston Markley; and his sister-in-law Agnes Laufenberg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many dear friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 9:30 AM and from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (5001 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 4:00 PM at the same location.
