It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol J. Dahmen of Waunakee, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Meffert and Lorraine Meffert; her husband Jerry; her brother Roland Meffert; her sons-in-law, Gerard Wagner and Charlie Laufenberg; and her siblings-in-law, Gilbert Dahmen, Ray Dahmen, Clarence Dahmen, Marcella Meffert, Mary Ann Dahmen and Julie Ann Dahmen.

She is survived by: her children, Beth Wagner, Gail Lisse, Eric Dahmen (Sue), Kathleen Laufenberg, Mary Dahmen (Bill Ballard) and Jean Rortvedt (Eric); her brothers, Curt Meffert (Liz) and Gordy Meffert (Marilyn); and her sister-in-law Doris Dahmen. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to "Ribbon of Hope Foundation", for breast cancer.
