He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Follansbee and Eleanore Follansbee; and his wife Mary Ellen. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Follansbee (Lisa), Tim Follansbee (Debbie Dean) and Sue Ellen Baye (Peter); his siblings, William Follansbee (Ellen) and Vivian Rise; his grandchildren, Aaron Follansbee (Caitlin), Lauren Lempke (Nick), Brooke Follansbee, Andrew Follansbee, Alec Baye and Hunter Baye; and his great grandchild Owen Lempke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
