He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Held and Mary Held; his sister Jeanette Richardson; and his brothers-in-law, Earle Dimmick, Charles Roske and Gene Erdmann.

He is survived by: his wife Louise Bebb Jones; his son Robert (Logan); his siblings, Elmer Held (Etta) and Bonita Erdmann; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Dimmick, Gwyn Roske and Fred Jones (Paula). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A burial will take take place at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Arbor Vitae, WI, on Saturday November 16, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. In place of flowers, we encourage donations to the American Lung Association (https://www.lung.org) or the American Heart Association or another charity that reminds you of Richard.
