He is survived by: his wife Rae Ann Bukowski; his children, Leanne Hollingsworth (Joseph), Brian Bukowski (Michelle) and Kim Garland (Christopher); his grandchildren, Madison, Mackenzie, Norah, Zoey, Elliana and Jacob Patrick; and his sisters, Deborah Hojnacki (David) and Leta Jung.
