He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lewis; his wife Christine Lewis; his children, Samantha Boehmer (Mike) and Christian Martin; his grandchildren, Bryson Page and Ryder Lewis; and his brother Jaymz Robertson. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home (1110 S Grand Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
