He is survived by: his wife Audrae; his son Dr. Mark Schultz; his daughter-in-law Dr. Elizabeth Schultz; his grandchildren, Dan Schultz (Amber) and Lara Schultz; his siblings-in-law, Carmen Kuntz (Michael), Joanne Stumo, Barbara Kilbert, John Schlicht (Joan) and Ed Schlickt (Sandy); and his uncle Paul Gaulke. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
