She is survived by: her parents, Joel Mayes and Leticia Mayes (Ibarra) of Waukesha; her siblings, Jordan, Makayla (Dakota), Cullen (Petra), Christianna, Keenan (Delaney Vander Berg) and Kathryn; and her grandparents, Noel, Patricia Mayes, Armando, Marlene Ibarra and Beverly Ibarra.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Gabi's honor may be made to White Stone Community Church Building Fund, NAMI of Southeast Wisconsin, or The Waukesha Christmas Parade Memorial Fund.
