He was predeceased by: his parents, William Polenski and Regina Polenski; his former wife Mary Lou Polensky; his grandson Jeffrey Polensky Jr.; his brother Donny Polenski; and his friend Bob "Woody" Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Polensky; his children, Jeffrey Polensky (Jill), Peter Polensky, Laurie Falk (Don) and Linda Polensky; his sisters, Vickie Klausch (Russell) and Dorothy Lenz; his sister-in-law Marleen Polenski; his extended family, Brad Clark (Lisa) and Carmen Krattiger; his brother Jack; and his sister-in-law Connie McFarland. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
Memorials, if desired, can be made to the Mamre Moravian Church or the charity of one's choice.
