He was predeceased by: his son Kyle; his parents, Harvey Kuehl and Esther Kuehl; his brother John Kuehl; and his siblings-in-law, Lester and Julia Kuerschner.

He is survived by: his wife Gail Kuerschner; and his grandchildren, Amy Kuehl (Randy), Dan Kuehl (Katie), Abby Reichert (Josh), Kevin Kuehl (Colette), Cassandra (Elijah), Ryan, Chloe, Emma, Alex Hayden, Jonathan, Christopher, Carson Kuehl, Carter, Cal, Cooper, Cameron Reichert and Nora Kuehl.

Memorials may be given to the Kyle Kuehl Memorial Scholarship Fund or to the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Lebanon Organ Fund.
