We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2023, at the age of 77, Virginia S. Witt of Watertown, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Swinke and Dorothy Swinke (Duvall); and her husband Frank Witt. She is survived by: her close friend Richard Neitzel. She is also survived by her neighbors at Highland Village, cousins and other friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Bernard's Catholic Church or to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
