He is survived by: his spouse Mary Chartier; his children, Jacquelyn Ensenbach, Thomas Olszewski (Tina), Charlene Kennedy (Tom) and Nathan Olszewski; his grandchildren, Melissa (Craig), Stephanie, Faye, Tommie III, John, Richard, Nicholas, Alicia, Thomas Jr., Gabrielle, Tayla, Nathan Jr., Kahlia and Koda; his great grandchildren, Craig Jr., Isaac and Sarah; and his siblings, Eileen, Donna, Bonnie, John, Tim and Ronnie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
