He was predeceased by: his father David Schellinger. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Schellinger; his children, Amanda Klein (Daniel), Jenna Schellinger and Gregory Schellinger; his grandson Matthew Klein; and his siblings, Mark Schellinger (Jennifer), Staci Bratz (Sluggo) and Cory Schellinger (Amanda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude's or the charity of one's choice.
