Ruth A. Shier Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2019, at the age of 69, Ruth A. Shier (Watertown, Wisconsin), born in Green Bay, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Plasil and Catherine Plasil; her brother Bruce Plasil of West Allis; her parents-in-law, Frank and Milne Shier; her stepson Michael Shier; and her brother-in-law David Shier.
She is survived by: her husband William Shier of Watertown; her children, Jim Clark (Jessie) of Watertown and Cheryl Clark (Brian Hoeft) of Johnson Creek; her grandchildren, Joshua and Jordan Clark of Watertown; her sister Sherry Beecher (Quincy) of Beaver Dam; her stepchildren, Frank Shier and Deborah Shier; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Plasil, Linda Reimer, Vernon Shier (Carol) and Victor Shier (Barbara). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Lung Association or Watertown Humane Society would be appreciated.
