With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosanne Richter (Watertown, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 20, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Richter and Agnes Richter (Heger); and her siblings, Donald Richter, C. Joseph Richter and Blanche McCallum.

She is survived by: her godson Brent Zimmerman; her sister Doris Zimmerman of Fort Atkinson; and her sister-in-law Myrna Richter of Gilbert, A. Z.. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to extend sympathy may direct Memorials to the Watertown Food Pantry.

“I was Rosanne’s hairdresser and friend for over 40 years…we shared many stories , I especially loved hearing about the many trips she took as a younger lady….she loved the years at the bank, always helping with the utmost discretion anyone that needed confidential assistance….she even helped me straighten out my checkbook mess at her kitchen table after she retired ! She was a very sweet lady that was so proud of her extended family of nieces and nephews…All my Sympathy, Judy Rosenow”
