She was predeceased by: her father Robert Rafel. She is survived by: her mother DawnAnn Rafel (Dominick); her husband Robert Zoellick of Mark's Lutheran Church; her children, Heather Zoellick (Jeff Gray), Heidi Dunham (Brett) and Eric Zoellick (Katie); her grandchildren, Jake Rennhack, Jillian, Elijah, AveryRose Dunham, Noah and Asher Zoellick; and her siblings, Robert Rafel (Kathy), Jami Rafel, Jon Rafel and Jody Rafel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Robin's name to the music program at St. Mark's Ev. Lutheran Church and School or to the Watertown City Band would be appreciated by the family.
