Richard F. Harkins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard F. Harkins of Watertown, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harkins and Laura Harkins (Herlache); his son Richard; and his siblings, Robert, William and Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Michael (Kathy), Patrick (Tracey) and Peggy Kramer (Randy); his daughter-in-law Shelly Harkins; his grandchildren, Matthew Schmidt (Brittany), Jaclyn Schulz (Chad), Stephanie Lemberger (Austin), Lindsey Harkins, Jesika Harkins, Jacob Harkins (Karli), Elijah Kramer (Ashley), Zachary Kramer (Jesse), Blythe Kramer (Jaime Gentz), Aubrey Evans (Jason), Morgan Henderson and Patrick Henderson; and his friend Laurie Noble. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Given the current COVID outbreak nationally and most especially in the Midwest, we as a family, deferring to reasonable concerns, have decided to delay the Celebration of Life until mid-summer for Dick, Dad, Grandpa, Uncle Dick.
