He is survived by: his sons, Richard Rhodes of Watertown and Phil Jr. Rhodes (Shelly) of Watertown; his granddaughter Ashley Hein (Jake); his great grandchild Emberlyn of Oconomowoc; his sister Phyllis Hoefler (Roger) of Watertown; and his pets, Bucky and Buster.
