He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wagoner and Mary Wagoner (Smith); his stepmother Leona; his brothers, Gerald and Kenneth Wagoner; and his siblings-in-law, William, Roman Uselman Jr., Don Branscombe, Conradd Blew, Beverly Uselman, Deloris Uselman and Mary Ann Uselman.
He is survived by: his wife Nyla Mae (Uselman); his sister-in-law Katherine of Watertown; his stepchildren, Robert Heard (Bonnie) of Burlington and Donna Cooper (Carl) of Pinetops, NC; his grandchildren, Jacob Heard, Navy of Burlington, WI, Douglas (Rachel Cooper) of Stockton, MO, James Othmer (Brittany) of Newton, NC and Elizabeth Othmer; and his great grandchildren, Riley and Bryson Othmer of Newton, NC.. He is also survived by brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials may be given to the Aztalan-Milford Cemetery Association.
