She is survived by: her husband Richard Hawk; her children, Boxes, Chris Hawk (Teri), Kerry Doyle (Keith), Kristina Powers (Buff), Ryan Hawk and David Hawk (Nannette); and her siblings, Wayne Green and Nancy Veenstra. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
