She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Fenz and Anna Fenz; her son David Gillis; and her siblings, Walter Fenz, Frank Fenz, Grace Werner and Ruby Zillmer.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Updike of Alexandria, VA, Barbara Kugler (Wayne) of Watertown and Robert Gillis of Monteray, CA; her daughter-in-law Sue Gillis of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Angelique Gillis, Delilah Gillis and Erin Gillis; her great grandchildren, Chance Conigilaro and Anthony "Leo" Conigilaro; and her siblings-in-law, Luanna Fenz and Merle Werner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
