She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Eicksteadt and Leona Eicksteadt (Petrich); her husband Anthony Chingway; her daughter Mary Ellen Hale; her son-in-law William Bailey; her siblings, Lawrence Eicksteadt, Richard Eicksteadt and Ruth Chingway; her nephew Steven Chingway; and her great-nephew Antonio Peralta.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Bailey of Madison; her son-in-law Jeffrey Hale of Lake Mills; her grandchildren, Dawn Hauge (Rich) of McFarland, Jessica Blackthorne (Curtis) of Yuba, CA and Derek Hale (Shannon) of Oconomowoc; and her great grandchildren, Chevie, Joseph, Jonathan, Mariela and Madeline. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
