She is survived by: her daughter Jill Dolores Militzer (Cory John) of Watertown, WI; her granddaughter Chloe Rose Militzer of Evanston, IL.; her friend Marcia Ann; and her caregivers, Ashley, Allison, Jessica, Jasmine, Marie, Tia, Courtney, Marshall and Judy. She is also survived by Her nieces, nephews, other relatives.
