She is survived by: her children, John Jr. Surdick (Dorothy), James Surdick (Joyce), Thomas Surdick (Reneé), Howard Surdick, William Surdick (Kelly), Susan Avila (Marcos), Joan Sellnow (Don), Jean Bergdoll (Kevin), Lauran Carter and Barbara Harris (Mark); and her siblings, Howard Budewitz and Delores Schultz. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
