He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. Millevolte and Rose Millevolte (Mazzara) of Hicksville; his wife Mary "Marge" Millevolte; and his sister Katherine Millevolte. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Caroleo; his sons, Anthony, Joseph and Vincent; his daughters-in-law, Laura, Marlene and Cheryl; his grandchildren, Ricki Ann, Gus, Sal, Rose, Basil, Sylvan, Nick and Nate; and his great grandchildren, Nova and Carmine.
