He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holterman and Julia Holterman (Acker); and his siblings, Lorraine Michel, Vern Funk, June Michel, Lois Mainus, Earl Holterman and Raymond Holterman.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Frey; his children, Lloyd W. (Daphne) of Watertown, Robert (Cheri) of Baraboo, Gary (Shari) of New Holstein, Dennis (Kim) of Watertown, Diane Schleicher (Tim) of Sullivan, Janet Holterman of Sussex and Jean Thurler (Jim) of Sussex; and his grandchildren, Lauren Brey (Jacob), Taylor Holterman, Nicholas Schleicher (Lisa), Mike Schleicher (Lisa), Andrew Holterman (Jenn), Caitlin Lindquist (Matthias), Aaron Holterman (Theresa), Alyssa Holterman Rosas (Elias), Josh Bellin (Jess), Jack Musialowski, Preston Thurler, Macy Thurler, Cameron Holterman and Brayden Holterman. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Bernard's Catholic Church.
