She is survived by: her children, Bradley Swatfager (Angie) of Edina, MN, Jen Blossom (Todd Crawley) of Johnson Creek, Brad Phelps (Jean) of Elwood, IL, Chris Phelps (Heather) of Underwood, ND and Cory Phelps (Carmen) of Page, ND.; her grandchildren, Ava, Jake Swatfager, Rhett, Nicholas, Ella, Madeline, Cole, Dale, Miranda, Romie, Carter, Caleb, Kylee, Cynthia and Keith Phelps; her siblings, Barbara Kopetsky (Lavern), Bruce Hart (Irene Ashley), Charlene Hart (Michael Bonano) and Bradley Hart (Shawn); and her sister-in-law Mara Hart. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
