She is survived by: her parent Freda Dorn (Bielefeldt); her spouse David Spangler; her sons, Daniel Spangler (Gay) of Jefferson and Michael Spangler (Cheryl Samuel) of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Timothy Spangler (Erica), Jennifer Sampayo (Carlos), Nellie Ganoni (Tony), Mollie Spangler, Jennifer Splittgerber, Yvonne Samuel (Dominic Denzow) and James Samuel (Alyssa); her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Adilyn Samuel and Brandon Samuel; and her brother Gailen Dorn (Vi) of Whitewater.
