As Kathleen Marie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kathleen Marie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kathleen Marie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert'Bob'Duckert. She is survived by: her husband Dan Hedges; her mother Lavon; and her siblings, Gary Duckert (Gail), Greg Duckert and Jane Ellis (Nick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's name may be made to St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, the American Legion Post 233, cancer research organizations, local hospice organizations, or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
