He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kayzar and Helen Kayzar (Klemowitz); and his brother Paul Kayzar (Audrey). He is survived by: his wife Sadonna; his children, Brett Kayzar and Brenda Kayzar; his stepchildren, Shelley Myhre and Sherry Myhre; his brothers, Howard Kayzar (Maureen) and George Kayzar; and his grandchildren, Tristan Myhre (Rachel), Charles Tarter (Samantha) and Casey Frasser (Eric). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
