It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jonathan M. Polfer (Watertown, Wisconsin), born in Lake Forest, Illinois, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Cynthia Polfer (Seevers); his uncle Dwight Berry; and his cousin Ian Mack. He is survived by: his father Gary J. Polfer of Big Rock, IL; his stepmother Gloria Polfer of Big Rock; his siblings, Brian of Escondido, CA, Daniel of Milwaukee, WI and Rachel Polfer of Big Rock; his grandmother Joann Seevers-Wolfgram of Eau Claire, WI; and his aunts, Corrine Berry (late Dwight) of Eau Claire, WI, Shelley Mack (Marcus) of Appleton, WI and Dawn Knoepke (Virgil) of Jim Falls, WI. He is also survived by cousins and family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Hope Lake Country Church, Resurrection Lutheran Church or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
