“We can only begin to think of all the great times we had together with Jim and his family, Carol, Christine and Mark, enjoying the San Juan Islands, Halloween parties at their house, visits to their mountain get-away in Cle Elum, golfing, etc. He was an intelligent, hard-working man with strong principles, very, very talented contractor/builder, and great conversationalist. He always had outstandingly positive attitude about life and was a pure delight to be around. We will always miss Jim.”

“We offer our sincerest condolences to all of Jim’s family. Jim was a very good friend of ours. We first got to know him in the early 1980’s while he and Dennis deliberated on the Issaquah Development Commission, where the two often teamed up to improve development submittals coming before the city. We celebrated February birthdays for Jim and Jodie every year, and made annual calls when distance separated us, which is how we discovered his recent passing. We can only begin to think of all the”
