As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Cleveland and Enid Cleveland (Kuehl); and his brother Brian. He is survived by: his brother Dan Cleveland (Donna). He is also survived by 3 nieces, 1 nephew, other relatives, and friends.
