He is survived by: his wife Cathy VanBeck; his sons, James Edward Jr. Stamper (Michele) of Watertown, Jason Stamper (Kimberly) of Ixonia and Steve Stamper (Sarah) of Dousman; his grandchildren, Blake, Gavin, Charlotte, Jack, Ollie, Deklan and Bryce Stamper; and his siblings, Jackie Tichy (Jack), Jeannie Scott (Tim), Judy Owen (Terry) and Jay Stamper (Gina). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
