He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Tackes and Patsy Tackes (Catterton). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tackes; his children, Michelle "Shelly" Tackes, Jessica Digby-Young, Stephanie Tackes and Matthew Tackes; his grandchildren, Aubrianna, Katrina and Adaya; and his sisters, Janice Neal and Joanne Tackes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
