He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Scott and Patricia Ann Shackley (Schlueter). He is survived by: his wife Janis Shackley of Watertown; his children, Shannon Milbrath (Troy) and Scott Shackley (Alyson Parker); his grandchildren, Alexander, Jackson and Emerson Milbrath; his siblings, Cyndra, Michael Shackley (Patti) of Barron, WI and Patrick Shackley; and his siblings-in-law, Becky Brandborg (Dan) of Hamilton, MT, John Cuff (Lisa Tillema) of Appleton, WI and James Schneider. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church Building Fund or Fishing Has No Boundaries.
