He is survived by: his friend Herschel; his children, Chad Wickert (Stacy) and Richelle Holtzman (Ryan); his grandchildren, Taylor, Hannah, Marni, Bennett, Bryce, Jake and Ben; and his sister Darlene Nicodemus. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
