With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert H. Engelbrecht (Watertown, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 12, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Frank and Esther Engelbrecht (Meschke); his wife Joyce Genz; his parents-in-law, Franklin Genz and Verna Genz; his brothers, Rev. Robert (Joan) of Pennsylvania, John (Rita) of Alabama and Allen (Nancy) of Watertown; his brothers-in-law, James Olsen of Michigan and Roger Genz of Watertown; and his niece Kimberly Genz of Oconomowoc.

He is survived by: his brother David Engelbrecht; his daughter Patti Sperl (Douglas); his grandsons, James and Jordan Sperl; and also Shirley Olsen (James).

Memorials, if desired, would be appreciated to Watertown Moravian Church or a charity of one's choice.
