He is survived by: his son John Dost (Connie) of Kansas; his grandchildren, Andrea Zajac (Alex) and John Dost II; his great grandchildren, Kayla Zajac, Eric Zajac, Luke Zajac and Joshua Zajac; and his stepson Brian Pearson. He is also survived by two stepgrandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; as well as other relatives and friends.
