It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Glenn E. Welles (Watertown, Wisconsin), who passed away at the age of 75, on September 1, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Welles and Malinda Welles (Tietz); his wife Mary Marquart; his daughter Melanie; his son-in-law Wes Creamer; his granddaughter Madeline Creamer; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Kitsemble (James), Clarice Drummond (Rod) and John Marquart (Julia); and his sister Clarice. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins, and many friends.
Given the COVID-19 pandemic and need to avoid large gatherings, a small graveside ceremony was held on September 5, 2020, St. Luke's Cemetery in Ixonia.
In lieu of flowers, Glenn's family suggests donations to organizations and causes that were close to his heart, including the Drumlin Area Land Trust, Rock River Rescue Foundation, Ashippun Lions Club, and Our Saviors Lutheran Church-Project Neighbor Fund.
